Operations Manager

Krystal is originally from Ohio (Go Buckeyes!) but has lived in North Carolina for nearly as long (Go Wolfpack!). Sadly, most of her family lives up north; however, Krystal is the oldest of four girls and her husband is one of four boys, giving them lots of family to keep up with in North Carolina. She loves going to the flea market with her husband and their puppy and enjoys having girls’ night with her 3 sisters.

Just as she loves her family, Krystal also has a passion for children and young adults with special needs. Having graduated with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Psychology from NC State, she has been working with children and adults with special needs for over seven years and has experience with ages 3-25 both individually and in a small group setting. Krystal is familiar with many disabilities including high and low functioning Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, ADD/ADHD, and mild to severe cognitive and developmental disabilities. Krystal has worked in home, community, and school settings as a Habilitation Technician, Classroom assistant and One-on-One school assistant. She is excited to grow and learn in order to better serve others.

Krystal’s role at Learn with the Best has now evolved into being the Operations Manager for LWTB School, LWTB’s ABA Clinic and the LWTB Day Support Program for Adults with Disabilities.
